Scope: This page governs only onboarding-related SMS messages sent to new hires through the OnBoard360 HR platform app, as described below. It does not apply to OneTeam360's separate marketing or website-inquiry SMS program, which has its own opt-in flow and terms.
OneTeam360, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") operates the OnBoard360 HR platform. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in during account registration, you agree to receive SMS text messages from OnBoard360 related to your onboarding process, including:
You are enrolled in this SMS program only if you affirmatively provide and confirm your mobile phone number within the OnBoard360 app and agree to receive text messages at the time of registration. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of employment or of using any other service.
Message frequency varies based on your onboarding activity and progress. You may receive multiple messages per week during active onboarding, and fewer or none once onboarding is complete.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. If you want to rejoin, contact your HR administrator or re-enable notifications in the OnBoard360 app.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. and Canadian carriers.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are used solely to deliver onboarding-related notifications through the OnBoard360 platform. We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS consent/opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your information may only be shared with service providers who help us operate the SMS program (such as our SMS delivery vendor) under confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.
